📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and prospect potential clients and partners for AmarthaLink.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in account acquisition.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the microfinance industry is a plus.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
