📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop comprehensive master plans for industrial areas, including site layout, infrastructure, and building designs.
• Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements and regulations.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create detailed and accurate architectural drawings and models.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and ensure designs align with the site's characteristics.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, addressing their needs and expectations.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards.
• Oversee the construction process, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in industrial architecture to continuously improve design practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Architecture or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial architecture, with a focus on master planning.
