📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and dispense medications according to professional standards and regulations.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess health needs and prescribe appropriate treatments.
- Monitor and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and treatment adherence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical trends, regulations, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Promote health education and wellness initiatives to empower customers to maintain good health.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Active APhI (Asosiasi Apoteker Indonesia) license or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
