📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.
• Manage a team of laboratory technicians and support staff.
• Conduct quality control tests and inspections to ensure product and process consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in laboratory technology and implement new tools and methods.
• Ensure all laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained according to manufacturer specifications.
• Provide training and mentorship to laboratory staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a laboratory environment.
• Certification in laboratory safety and quality control (e.g., ISO 17025, OSHA).
• Proficient in using laboratory software and equipment (e.g., LIMS, HPLC, GC-MS).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
