📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage high-volume production processes for lithium batteries, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company quality benchmarks.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures, including inspections and testing procedures, to maintain product integrity.
• Optimize production schedules and resource allocation to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices in manufacturing.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Participate in project initiatives aimed at scaling production capacity and improving operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on high-volume production.
• Proven track record of leading and managing production teams in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies, with experience in implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies and software, such as SAP, MES, or similar systems.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
