📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using Xero
- Process payroll, including calculating salaries, deductions, and taxes
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements
- Provide financial support to other departments as needed
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably with Xero
- Proficiency in Xero, including payroll and reporting modules
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
