• Manage a team of 5-7 staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and team morale.
• Utilize advanced logistics software such as SAP to monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and generate reports for data-driven decision making.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and supply chain management.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of logistics processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to align logistics activities with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, with a proven track record in optimizing supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge and experience with logistics software, particularly SAP, and other relevant tools like JDE or Oracle.
• Certification in logistics management or related fields is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
