📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service,Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately,Ensure tables are set and cleared promptly,Maintain a clean and organized dining area,Handle cash transactions and process payments,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Assist with inventory management and restocking,Participate in training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waitress or similar role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with basic food and beverage knowledge,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable)
