📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs to meet the needs of the organization.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to understand training needs and expectations.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and reference checks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
