Rejeki Fitri Mart is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with company goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to facilitate their learning and development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other training management software.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to travel within Indonesia for training purposes.
