📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update customer records and order databases.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of sales processes.
• Stay updated with company policies and procedures related to sales and order processing.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration or order processing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of sales processes and customer service is a plus.
