📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a smile and provide excellent customer service.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate department.,Check-in and check-out guests, and assist with their needs during their stay.,Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized at all times.,Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing the guest book, and updating guest information.,Handle any guest complaints or concerns and work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and tearing down event spaces.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
