📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of our logistics network in Bali, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery to our clients.
Manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
Coordinate with local partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Implement best practices and strategies to enhance our operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Work closely with our global network to ensure that our local operations align with international standards and best practices.
Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO and IMO guidelines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations, with a strong background in maritime logistics preferred.
Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and teams.
Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, including SAP, JDA, or similar systems.
Certifications in logistics management, such as APICS CLM or CILT, are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
