📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, including pumps, compressors, motors, and control panels.
• Conduct system inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues and adherence to project timelines.
• Document maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance logs, using our in-house maintenance management system.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards, including OSHA and ISO regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Provide on-call support during off-hours to address urgent maintenance needs and emergencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Certification in relevant maintenance and safety standards, such as OSHA, ISO, or NACE.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software, such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, motors, and control panels.
• Ability to travel and work in various locations, including remote sites and off-shore facilities.
