📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with national early childhood education standards
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for young learners
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure a seamless transition between home and school
• Monitor and assess children's progress to identify areas for improvement and support
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education
• Assist in the organization and preparation of classroom materials and resources
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity and individual differences
• Stay up-to-date with trends and innovations in early childhood education to enrich the learning experience for children

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in preschool teaching or a related role
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and learning theories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and parents
• Familiarity with early childhood education software and tools, such as SmartKids or KidzRoom
• CPNS or CPNSK certification is a plus
• Passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young children
