📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve organizational goals.,Recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Manage budgets and resources to ensure that the department operates within financial constraints.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the organization as a whole is functioning smoothly and efficiently.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular feedback and support to team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a master's degree or equivalent experience.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of the industry and a deep understanding of the company's products or services.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
