📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to understand the needs of each position.,Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Providing regular reports and updates to management on recruitment metrics and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
