Human Resources Executive - Strategic HR Leadership in Bali

KDDI Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Executive to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead day-to-day HR operations in a vibrant, international environment. As part of our strategic HR leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce for success.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with department heads to ensure that our HR strategies align with business objectives. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in HR and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job advertising to onboarding, using tools like LinkedIn, JobStreet, and local job boards.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
• Coordinate with department heads to address HR-related issues and provide strategic advice.
• Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefit regulations.
• Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure best practices are followed.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in HR operations and employee relations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
