📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to meet sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Store Manager.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and local market trends.
