In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the Finance Director in strategic financial planning. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.,Support the Finance Director in strategic financial planning and forecasting.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly financial reports.,Monitor and control the company's expenses, ensuring they are within budget.,Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
