📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and track customer programs using Jira and Confluence, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and timelines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure program success and customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management and customers, on program progress.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize logistics and ensure efficient operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Proven experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in PMP or similar program management certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
