📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, route planning, and vehicle maintenance.,Ensure the safety of drivers and passengers by enforcing company policies and procedures.,Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency and vehicle utilization.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations.,Provide training and support to drivers to improve their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.,Proven track record of safety and compliance.
