Additionally, you'll oversee our school lunch program, ensuring nutritious and delicious meals are delivered to students across Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily cafe operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain consistent quality and availability of ingredients.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Oversee the school lunch program, ensuring timely delivery of nutritious meals to students.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized cafe environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cafe operations management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, as well as compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with school lunch programs and child nutrition standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
