📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent foodborne illnesses.,Prepare and store food ingredients and supplies as needed.,Assist in the preparation of food for events and special occasions.,Work as part of a team to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.,Learn and adapt to new recipes and cooking techniques.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Line Cook or similar role.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Timorese cuisine.,Good knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Fluent in Indonesian and/or Tetun.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
