📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.,Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.,Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement processes and timely delivery of materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in manufacturing industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing procurement activities and achieving cost savings.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
