📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, tax, and financial reporting.,Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.,Lead a team of accountants and financial analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.,Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Manage tax obligations and ensure compliance with local and international tax laws.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial plans and budgets.,Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.,Stay updated with financial regulations and industry trends to advise the company on best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, tax, and accounting, with the last 5 years in a managerial role.,Proven experience in managing financial operations and leading teams.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws in Indonesia.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with financial management systems and software is a plus.
