📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the company's budget and financial planning.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new accounting staff.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate setting.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Possession of a professional accounting certification is a plus.
