🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods company.,Strong understanding of operations management principles and practices.,Proven track record of success in improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze operational data.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in operations management, such as ERP systems, supply chain management software, and data analytics tools.
