📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our logistics network in Bali, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery to our clients.
• Manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with local partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Implement best practices and strategies to enhance our operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Work closely with our global network to ensure that our local operations align with international standards and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO and IMO guidelines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations, with a strong background in maritime logistics preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, including SAP, JDA, or similar systems.
• Certifications in logistics management, such as APICS CLM or CILT, are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
