Depot Krisna Mart is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production processes. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line and meeting our production targets. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and on-site.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that targets are met.,Conduct regular inspections of production areas to identify and address any issues.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of production tasks.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a production environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production goals.
