📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and coordinate all fleet operations, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance.
• Ensure all vehicles are in good condition and meet safety standards.
• Schedule and monitor vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee driver performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to optimize costs.
• Generate and maintain comprehensive reports on fleet performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
