📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize end-to-end shipping operations for import and export cargo, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with international partners to book, track, and manage cargo shipments using Sea-Intelligence and CMA CGM e-Ship.
• Handle customs clearance and documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
• Monitor freight rates and market trends to secure competitive pricing and negotiate favorable terms with carriers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure smooth handover of goods.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on shipping activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of shipping strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their shipping needs and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping and logistics, with a focus on import and export operations.
• Proven expertise in using shipping management software such as Sea-Intelligence and CMA CGM e-Ship.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in CMA CGM e-Ship or similar shipping software is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
