📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet.,Monitor and maintain fleet performance and efficiency.,Ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition and comply with safety regulations.,Assist in scheduling and dispatching vehicles for various operations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of fleet reports and documentation.,Support in the implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Good understanding of safety regulations and vehicle maintenance.,Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.
